Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective from January 2, 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is an integral part of our general Terms of Service and defines the rules and standards that all users, customers, developers, and partners ("you") must comply with when using any service provided by Corporate ("us").

Our services ("Services") include, but are not limited to, the Corporate Framework, our APIs, the Developer Hub, the Partner Portal, the Support Portal, and our websites.

This policy is created to ensure a secure, legal, and reliable environment for everyone. Violation of this policy constitutes a material breach of your Terms of Service and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access.

Prohibited Activities

You may under no circumstances use our Services to participate in, promote, or enable the following activities:

1. Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Activities

You may under no circumstances use our Services to participate in, promote, or enable the following activities:

  • Illegal Content

    Storing, distributing, or linking to content that is illegal under Danish law or applicable international laws.
  • Harmful Conduct

    Harassing, threatening, bullying, or otherwise violating the rights or safety of others.
  • Offensive Content

    Distributing content that is pornographic, obscene, hateful, or incites violence.

2. Intellectual Property Infringement

Infringing on the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of others. This includes the distribution of pirated software or the unauthorized use of protected material.

3. Security and System Integrity

  • Unauthorized Access

    Attempting to gain unauthorized access to protected areas of our Services, including the Developer Hub, unless you are a Certified Developer.
  • Vulnerability Scanning

    Performing penetration tests, vulnerability scans, or any other form of security testing on our systems, unless you are an approved participant in our Security Partner Program.
  • Reverse Engineering

    Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse-engineer the Framework's source code.
  • Distribution of Malware

    Storing or distributing viruses, worms, trojan horses, ransomware, or any other form of malicious software.

4. Misuse of Communication Services

  • Spam

    Using our email or SMS features to send unsolicited mass emails or messages (spam).
  • Phishing and Spoofing

    Impersonating another person or company to deceive users into disclosing sensitive information.

5. Resource Abuse

  • Performing actions intended to overload or disrupt the operation of our infrastructure, including our APIs, beyond the specified rate limits.
  • Using our services for purposes such as crypto-mining or operating an open proxy service.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Based on our investigation, we may, at our sole discretion, take the measures we deem appropriate. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Issuing a warning.
  • Suspending access to your accounts or services.
  • Terminating your accounts, licenses, and services permanently without notice.

Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, we ask that you immediately report it to us by sending an email to abuse@corporate.net. Please include a detailed description of the abuse and any relevant documentation.


Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to change this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our Announcements page.
