August 10, 2025 - Scheduled API maintenance - Completed

We conducted scheduled maintenance on our primary API infrastructure between 2:00 AM and 04:00 AM CEST to apply security patches and performance upgrades. During this window, the platform had brief periods of degraded performance for API calls. The work was completed on schedule, and all systems are operating normally.

July 28, 2025 - Investigation into Degraded API Performance - Resolved

We investigated reports of slower response times on certain API calls. The issue was identified and resolved at 11:02 AM CEST. Full performance has been restored.

July 22, 2025 - Intermittent Login Issues for Some Users - Resolved

A small subset of users experienced login errors between 9:00 AM and 9:45 AM CEST. The issue was traced to a faulty server instance in one of our load-balanced clusters. The instance was removed from rotation, and normal service was restored for all users.

July 15, 2025 - Degraded Performance in Document Uploads - Resolved

We identified an issue causing slower-than-normal upload speeds and processing times for new documents. The incident began at approximately 4:30 PM CEST. Our engineering team deployed a fix at 5:15 PM CEST, and we have been monitoring performance since, with all systems now reporting normal speeds.

July 8, 2025 - Third-Party Payment Gateway Unavailability - Resolved

One of our third-party payment providers experienced a global outage, which affected payment processing for some customers between 1:00 PM and 1:20 PM CEST. Our system automatically failed over to a secondary provider, but some initial transactions may have failed. The primary provider has since resolved their issue.

July 2, 2025 - Scheduled Database Maintenance - Completed

We conducted scheduled maintenance on our primary database cluster between 2:00 AM and 2:30 AM CEST to apply security patches and performance upgrades. During this window, the platform was temporarily unavailable. The work was completed on schedule, and all systems are operating normally.
