Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is an addendum to our Terms of Service and applies whenever Corporate processes personal data on behalf of a customer.

It covers the obligations of Corporate as a Data Processor under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and other applicable data-protection laws.

For questions or to execute a counter-signed DPA, contact [email protected].

1. Roles of the Parties

The Customer is the Data Controller and determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
Corporate acts as the Data Processor and processes personal data only on documented instructions from the Customer.

2. Scope of Processing

Corporate processes personal data only as necessary to provide the services described in the Terms of Service, for the duration of the contractual relationship, and for the categories of data subjects and personal data identified by the Customer in its use of the platform.

3. Security Measures

Corporate implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and continuous monitoring.

Details are described on our Security page.

4. Sub-Processors

Corporate may engage sub-processors to support the services. A current list is provided on request and updated whenever a sub-processor changes. Customers may object to changes within 30 days.

5. International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

6. Data Subject Rights and Breach Notification

Corporate assists the Customer in responding to data-subject requests and notifies the Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach.
